Delivery & Exchanges

Delivery 

We provide free courier delivery for all purchases above SGD50.

A flat courier fee of SGD6 is chargeable for purchases below SGD50. 

We process all orders from Monday to Friday from 10am-6PM. Please allow 1-3 business working day for order processing. Our courier delivery lead time is 3-5 working days, once payment has been processed and finalised. 

We currently deliver within Singapore only. 

Exchanges & returns

We carefully inspect each candle before we mail it out.

By making a purchase, you agree that our candles are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except for candles that have been damaged during the courier process, or if you have received a faulty product.

To complete your return, please send a proof of purchase and images of damage/faultiness to orders@remindsmeof.co. This has to be made within 7 days of receiving your items, and we will issue you a full refund.
