Candle Refill Service

Ever wondered what to do with empty candle vessels?

With our refill service, you can now breathe new life into your old candle vessels, long after your candles have burnt through. All you have to do is drop your vessels off (min. 2 vessels), select from our range of core scents, and your candles will be ready for pickup within a week. 


How it works: 
1) Gather your empty vessels
Bring in any circular candle vessel you’d like to refill, including our classic matte Reminds Me Of white vessel. 

We offer refills for various sizes:

  • Small Vessel (100g - 150g): Starting at SGD25 (SGD 0.25/g)
  • Medium Vessel (151g - 250g): Starting at SGD30 (SGD 0.20/g)
  • Large Vessel (251g - 400g): Starting at SGD38 (SGD 0.15/g)

Do note that we accept a minimum of 2 vessels for refills. 

2) Select your scent:

Choose from our range of scents that perfectly suit your mood and space: 

  • Grand Hotel Lobby - White Tea, Bergamot, Ginger [fresh] 
  • Fig Orchard - Fig Leaves, Freesia, Bamboo [fresh] 
  • Young Love - Rose, Oud, Blackberry [dark floral] 
  • European Holiday - Orange Blossoms, Petitgrain, Cedarwood [light floral] 
  • Poolside - Coconut milk, Amyris, Tonka bean [fresh] 
  • Room Service - Saffron, Violet, Vetiver [musky] 
  • Book Club - Amber, Clove, Sandalwood [woody] 

3) Drop off your vessels: 
Drop off your candles at your convenience with the following options: 

  • Book an in-studio drop-off: Choose a time that works for you and visit our studio to drop off your vessels. While you're here, you can select your preferred scent from our range. Book your visit here. 
  • Courier drop-off: No time to make it down? No problem - simply fill in our contact form with your details and indicate your interest in our candle refill service, and we will contact you for the next steps. 

4) Pick up your candles:

And just like that, your candle will be ready for collection within a week. Ready to be enjoyed by you at home, over and over again. 

 

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) - Candle Refill Service

How do you charge for the refills?
Our pricing is based on the actual weight of the wax required for the refill, not the label on the vessel. Candle labels may indicate different weights than what's needed, so we measure the wax during your visit to ensure you only pay for what you get. 

Can I bring any vessel for a refill?
Yes! We accept any vessel you'd like to refill, including our classic white Reminds Me Of vessel - as long as it's regular shaped (circle).

Just be sure to check that your vessel is clean and in good condition for refilling.

Do I need to clean the wax from my vessel before bringing it in?
While it’s not necessary to remove all the wax, we recommend cleaning out any leftover residue to ensure a smooth refill process.

You can melt the wax off by either pouring boiling water over it, or leaving it upside down on a lined tray in an oven. 


Do I need to book an appointment for the refill service?
You can either book an in-studio appointment or arrange for your own courier drop-off service. Do see above.
